<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating apparatus of an internal power source which can supply stably internal voltage independently of a level of an external power source applied from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The generating apparatus of the internal power source is provided with a dead zone adjusting means which generates reference voltage, high-order reference voltage, and low-order reference voltage by applying external power source, and a voltage drive means which supplies internal voltage by sensing difference between a level of sensed internal voltage and a level of the high-order reference voltage or the low-order reference voltage with a node grounded by a level of the reference voltage as reference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
