PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone terminal which can be used for making a tripartite voice conversation by causing a terminal device connected to the Internet to take part in a bipartite voice conversation, and a terminal control program that can be utilized in said telephone terminal. SOLUTION: A compound machine functioning as a telephone terminal requests a connection to an Internet terminal in processing of s270 by performing transfer operation in processing of s240 in the state of connecting a line with a telephone terminal in processing of s170 and if the Internet terminal responds to this request (processing in s280), a state of also connecting a line with this terminal can be provided. After such a state is provided, voices based on audio signals inputted/outputted between both the terminals are inputted to and outputted from transceivers, respectively, thereby realizing a tripartite voice conversation using the compound machine and both the terminals.
