PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate projection of a hand set from a main frame, to miniaturize a complex device having a facsimile and to allow wall attachment on the left and right sides of the device in the complex device. SOLUTION: A printer part which records an image while feeding recording paper in the forward and backward directions of the device is provided at a lower part of the device, a reader part for reading an image of a loaded document is provided at an upper part of the printer part, an operation part is provided on the front side of the reader part and the hand set for a telephone and the facsimile is arranged on the rear surface of the operation part or the reader part.
