PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance availability regarding an information processor, an information processing method and an information processing program. SOLUTION: This information processor is equipped with an extension kernel for hardware access and an extension kernel for hang-check which inspects the normality of hardware access by the extension kernel for hardware access and when it detects abnormality of the hardware access as a result of the inspection, which performs a hang-check by transmitting a hardware failure detection notification in an extension kernel of a generalized kernel. The processor also comprises a monitoring user program. When the monitoring user program receives the hardware failure detection notification from the extension kernel for hang-check, it checks the operating state of other user programs corresponding to the hardware failure detection notification and executes a predetermined hardware failure measure operation as soon as the operating state comes to a level to permit execution of the hardware failure measure operation.
