PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix an unfixed toner image carried on one or both sides of a transfer material without scattering an actual fixed toner image, which is primarily formed on the surface of the transfer material, with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The fixing roller 110 corresponding to one surface P1 of the transfer material P on which the unfixed toner image is first formed is arranged so that one surface P1 of the transfer material P may come in contact with the fixing roller 110 before the transfer material P is fixed between the fixing rollers 110.
