PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made double container with a frame which prevents rattling in a corner and is easily assembled without using an adhesive. SOLUTION: In forming this double wall structured paper box with a frame, rattle preventive flaps 22-25 slightly narrower than the width P of the frame are jointly connected with side wall connecting flaps 26, 29, 30, 33. The flaps 22-25 are held completely and immobile by frames 12, 13, 14, 5 and inside walls 8, 9 when it is assembled. Trapezoid cutoff pieces 34-37 whose height is equal to the width P of the frame and bottom side is the length for protrusions 38-41 to be just inserted are provided, The protrusions are inserted in the opening opened by the cut off pieces, the opening is covered by right and left inside wall flaps 18-21 and side walls 2, 3 are fixed simultaneously.
