PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup container which has superior abrasion resistance and bending resistance without being coated with a lubricating oil such as liquid paraffin upon manufacturing, can be manufactured to offer stable quality, and improves productivity. SOLUTION: The paper cup P is a paper cup container made by attaching a bottom paper F to the lower part of a trunk by rolling and pressing, the trunk being made of a trunk paper W shaped into a cylinder, and forming an outward curl L on the upper opening edge of the container. The paper cup P is made of a processed paper which is a lamination composed of a base material of a cardboard, and at least an inner layer of a thermoplastic resin layer. The inner layer is made of a middle-density polyethylene resin, a high-density polyethylene resin, or an ionomer resin, and the inner surface of the inner layer has a static coefficient of friction, a dynamic coefficient of friction, and a surface hardness that are each within a specified range.
