PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle with a hood installed freely openable and closable with respect to the vehicle body and an operator seat installed in the upper part of the hood, in which equipment susceptible to an unprepared external force given by the operator is installed in that area of the hood located beside the operator seat, capable of preventing the equipment from being damaged or a wrong operation resulting from application of an unprepared external force generated with the operator's motion at the time of getting on and off. SOLUTION: The working vehicle is structured so that an assist grip for getting on and off to function as at least either of a hood opening/closing grip and a protector is installed on the hood in proximity to the equipment.
