PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the electrical reliability of an inkjet recording head by enhancing the durability and fixing holding force of a sealing part using a sealant for an electric connection part. SOLUTION: An electric wiring tape H1300 is connected to recording element substrates H1100 and H1101 which are fixed in the opening of a second plate H1400. In an opening of the second plate H1400, the peripheries of the substrates H1100 and H1101 are coated with a first sealant H1307, and a part on the connection part of the tape H1300 is coated with a second sealant H1308 from on the surface of the tape H1300. An end of the second sealant H1308 reaches an area wherein the tape H1300 is supported on the second plate H1400. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
