PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroforming mold constituted so that an electroforming shell is fixed to a mold main body without being distorted and having fixing strength capable of withstanding even injection molding. SOLUTION: In the electroforming mold 1 comprising the electroforming shell 10 which constitutes the molding surface of the mold and the mold main body 20 for supporting the electroforming shell 10, at least one through-hole 21 is provided to the mold main body 20 and the electroforming shell 10 and the mold main body 20 are connected by a connection means 30 located at the position of the through-hole 21. The connection means 30 comprises the fixing member 31 fixed to the back of the electroforming shell 10, the connection member 32 threaded with the fixing member 31 at its one end part and held on the side of the opening part of the through-hole 21 at its other end part and the regulation member 34 interposed between the fixing member 31 and the connection member 32 to regulate the clamping quantity of the connection member 32 to the fixing member 31.
