PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method to cut rod-like food by which transferred bodies can be transferred to a cutting means and a packaging machine in a bundled state, a food arrangement device, a food arrangement means, and a food arrangement method for the device to cut rod-like food. SOLUTION: When the transferred bodies 12a composed of a large number of rows at equal intervals are provided on a transfer conveyor 16, the transferred bodies 12a of a prescribed amount are arranged and bundled by blowing air 34 to gaps 38 of the transferred bodies 12a from the food arrangement means 22. By this way, the transferred bodies 12a of a prescribed amount can be transferred in a bundled state to a transfer port 19 formed by a guide member 20 and cut with a cutting means 14. The air 34 is blown to gaps 39 of bundles 33 of the cut transferred bodies 12b from the food arrangement means and the bundles 33 are arranged and bundled.
