A plasma reactor for vaporizing and mixing a liquid fuel is provided to overcome a limit of a conventional burner by playing a role of maintaining a stable evaporation performance regardless of a composition condition. In a plasma reactor for vaporizing and mixing of a liquid fuel, a nozzle(15) is formed on a top side of a body(11). A gas supplying tube(13) is formed to supply a gas from one side of the body to inside of the body. A fuel supplying tube(14) is formed so as to supply the fuel to the nozzle formed on the body. A high voltage electrode(12) is formed on an inside of the body.
