An apparatus for clamping molds of a conduit molding machine using wasted synthetic resin is provided to improve the reliability of clamping by firmly engaging the molds at an accurate position. An apparatus for clamping molds of a conduit molding machine using wasted synthetic resin includes a fixing cylinder(100) and a clamper(200). The fixing cylinder includes a cylinder body(110) and a cylinder shaft(120). The cylinder body is installed in an adherence plate in parallel to the proceeding direction of a moving mold. The cylinder shaft is withdrawn from the cylinder body to penetrate the drawer type cylinder shaft end. The clamper is installed at the drawer type cylinder shaft end. The clamper is selectively engaged with the fixing cylinder shaft end penetrating the drawer type cylinder shaft end.
