An apparatus and a system for connecting a base station and an optical repeater are provided to stably operate a network and prevent a contact error due to multiple connections of optical repeaters, which causes a service failure. The first distributor receives a transmission signal(Tx) from an optical sharing coupler through a transmission signal input port and outputs it to at least one optical repeater doner(320) through at least one output port. The second distributor receives at least one first reception signal(Rx0) from at least one optical repeater doner through the first reception signal input port and outputs it to the optical sharing coupler through the first reception signal output port. The third distributor receives at least one second reception signal(Rx1) from at least one optical repeater doner through the second reception signal input port, and outputs it to an optical sharing coupler through the second reception signal output port.
