<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water storage device with a hot water storage tank having a reduced size for supplying a required amount of hot water. <P>SOLUTION: A latent heat storage medium 4 is provided in the hot water storage tank 3 for storing the heat of internal hot water, and the hot water storage tank 3 is covered with a heat insulating material 5 containing the latent heat storage medium 4.
