<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the receiving accuracy of an electronic device, and to miniaturize the whole device by making an antenna unit approach the inside of its case. <P>SOLUTION: A rear lid 6 fitted to the undersurface of the wrist watch case 1 made from synthetic resin having an antenna housing section 4 in its internal periphery section, is provided with a resin section 10 corresponding to the whole undersurface of the watch case 1, and a metal section 11 provided integrally with the resin section 10 excluding its corresponding part to an antenna unit 5 housed in the housing section 4 of the watch case 1. Accordingly, electronic waves from the underside of the watch case 1 can be taken in, since the metal section 11 of the rear lid 6 does not exist in its corresponding part to the underside of the antenna unit 5, even if the antenna unit 5 is housed in the housing section 4 of the watch case 1. Consequently, the whole device can be miniaturized since the antenna unit 5 can be made to approach the inside of the watch case 1, along with ensuring the receiving accuracy of the antenna unit 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
