<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join paper sheets not containing heat-melting component without causing formation of through holes, lowering of touch feeling and increase of material cost by applying sufficient strength to the paper sheets. <P>SOLUTION: A joining part between a first paper sheet 10 and a second paper sheet 11 is formed without heat melting by applying ultrasonic wave to a pressure welding part while pressing the second paper sheet 11 not containing a heat-melting component to the first paper sheet 10 not containing the heat-melting component under pressure and mechanically incorporating the fibers of the second paper sheet 11 into a space between fibers of the first paper sheet 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
