<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To modify sludge to agricultural soil rich in vegetation, soil for compost and the like which do not contain hazardous substances, are not strongly alkaline without requiring secondary processing such as pulverizing. <P>SOLUTION: A coagulant of 2-5 pts.wt. and activated carbon of 0.2-2 pts.wt. are mixed with a powdery carrier of 100 pts.wt. The carrier is composed of a pozzolan solidifying material as a solidification-accelerating component for aggregate solidification acceleration of sludge and replenishment of alkali, and a carbide powder made from industrial waste material as an offensive odor removal component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
