PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply roller having a stable performance, capable of obtaining images of high image quality that are free from uneven density, and to provide an image forming apparatus equipped with the toner supply roller. SOLUTION: The toner supply roller includes a core bar, and at least one or more polyurethane foam layers formed on the core bar, the density of the polyurethane foam layer is 70 to 100 kg/m<SP>3</SP>, the modulus of hysteresis loss of the polyurethane foam layer is 2-20%.
