PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with an optical waveguide capable of reducing excessive optical loss when being bent even in the optical waveguide small in the difference between the relative refraction index of a core and that of a clad. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus with the optical waveguide film having a core and a clad, the core has a recess formed extending in the longitudinal direction of the core on the first surface parallel to the optical waveguide film face, and a part of the optical waveguide film is bent so that the first surface of the core is allowed to face toward the inside of the bend.
