PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support belt for power storage module and a power storage module having the belt. SOLUTION: The support belt 1 for power storage module is used for supporting a power storage unit 5 in the power storage module 3, containing a plurality of power storage units 5 arranged across the coolant passage. The coolant passage is secured, by alternately arranging spacers 7 having a coolant entrance and exit together with the power storage unit 5. The belt 1 is attached, straddling the coolant entrance and exit of a plurality of coolant passages from one end face through the other end face in the arranging direction of the power storage unit 5, and by partially shielding at least one set of coolant entrance and exit, the opening area of the coolant entrance and exit is made different from each other.
