PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin battery with an excellent heat and pressure resistant property by improving a pressure resistance property of a thin battery using a laminated sheathing material. SOLUTION: A lithium primary battery 1A is composed of a battery body 14 including a cell 2 of power generation elements and a sealing part 11 holding the air-tightness of the battery body 14. The battery body 14 is composed of a cell 2 and laminated sheathing materials 12, 13 covering the cell 2. The sealing part 11 is formed by laminated sheathing materials 12, 13 bonded with a sealing material 4 at a position of surrounding the battery body part 14.
