PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording apparatus or the like capable of realizing downsizing of a colored liquid storing tank without decreasing a printable amount. SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus 50 has the colored liquid storing tank 3 storing a colored liquid comprising a coloring material, a fuel cell 25 forming water, and a mixing apparatus 38 forming a final ink by mixing the colored liquid and water.
