PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle arrangement having a function preventing tracking short-circuit and cord short-circuit of a connection unit. SOLUTION: The arrangement is provided with an output switching means 4 which changes over a system to a direct delivery state where input voltage is maintained and outputted and a small output state where input voltage is dropped to 1/1000 and is outputted, and a switching control circuit 5 controlling the output switching means 4. The output switching means 4 is constituted of a first resistance element R1, a second resistance element R2, and a relay 15. A threshold circuit 18 determining whether detected voltage of a cutter 2 is within a prescribed voltage range or not is installed in the switching control circuit 5. While voltage of the cutter 2 is out of the prescribed voltage range, the system is set to the small output state. When it is within the prescribed voltage range, it is determined that a connection electrical apparatus is turned on, the output switching means 4 is switched, and the system is set to the direct delivery state.
