PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which has a constant radiation power irrespective to a frequency, suppresses increase of inter-coupling between element antennas in a low-band frequency, avoids generation of a grating lobe, and electronically performs beam scanning in a wide band. SOLUTION: The antenna device composes m outputs (m is a natural number) of transceiving circuits 3, and feeds m-circuits composite signal to respective element antennas of N/m elements (N is a number of element antennas) in an element spacing md<SB>0</SB>(d<SB>0</SB>is a element spacing to avoid generation of the grating lobe in the most high frequency f<SB>0</SB>). A variable composite and distributing circuit 4 which is configured by a switch matrix is connected between the transceiving circuits 3 which carry out amplification and phase shift of a signal and element antennas 5.
