PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method control system, a communication method control program, and a communication method control method that allows a computer terminal to carry out its communication according to a communication method adaptive to a network environment wherein the computer terminal is connected and a hardware environment or the like of the computer terminal. SOLUTION: The communication method control system controls the communication method of the computer terminal 12 connected to the network and is characterized in to include: parameter recognition means 26, 28, 30 for recognizing at least one or more of a plurality of kinds of parameters of the network and the computer terminal 12; a communication method determining means 32 for determining the communication method of the computer terminal 12 on the basis of the parameters recognized by the parameter recognition means 26, 28, 30; and a communication method control means 20 for allowing the computer terminal to carry out its communication according to the communication method determined by the communication method determining means 32.
