METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DATA DETECTION OF DATA STORAGE EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data detection method for data storage equipment and apparatus capable of reducing detection errors at the time of detecting data and detecting data efficiently with more excellent detection performance than usual by restoring a clock so that a restoring process of a sampling clock operates only at the edge of a signal. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: an analog/digital converter for sampling an analog signal r(t) to a specified sampling clock to output a digital signal rk; an equalizer for equalizing the output signal rkof the analog/digital converter to output it; a data detector for detecting symbol data akfrom zkoutputted from the equalizer; and a clock restoring part for correcting a frequency and phase of the sampling clock.
