PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact joystick device having good operability which can be easily manufactured. SOLUTION: The joystick device 10 prepared in a control panel is provided with an operation lever 12 which is protruded on the control panel and obliquely moved, an operation knob 13 provided at the tip of the operation lever 12, a volume rotary ring 14 provided at the base of the operation knob 13 for rotating around the lever shaft of the operation lever 12, a volume rotation position recognition marker M provided inside the operation knob 13 for indicating the rotation position of the volume rotary ring 14, and a transparent window 15 at the operation knob 13 for confirming the rotation position of the volume rotation ring 14.
