PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clamping apparatus main body from being separated and falling down from a magnetic body face by separating the magnetic body from the magnetic body face to attach/detach a sheet member, and to prevent the clamping apparatus main bodies from being separated each other by separating magnet bodies provided so as to mutually attract each other to attach/detach the sheet member. SOLUTION: The shape of the main body of the clamping apparatus is a flat plate-like shape. When one face of the main body, namely, the bottom face part is brought into contact with a flat face, two or more tapered plane parts are equipped so that a gap between the contacted faces gradually becomes larger. The magnet bodies are provided on respective plane parts. When the plane parts are made four, and magnet bodies are provided on respective plane parts, the magnet bodies existing at a point symmetrical position have the same polarity and adjoining magnet bodies have different polarities each other.
