The arrangement includes a shuttle valve (31) arranged between a first coolant circuit (22) and a second coolant circuit (40). The first coolant circuit is provided as part of the coolant circuit of an internal combustion engine (16). The coolant (52) circulates through a heat exchanger provided in an electrical cooler (13) which is part of the second coolant circuit. The shuttle valve can be electrically operated and adjusted based on temperature. The electrical controller also includes a temperature sensor and a computer for controlling the shuttle valve.
