<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency by arranging a component supply unit for supplying electronic components which are to be mounted in a great number distributedly in a plurality of component supply unit groups, and unifying the mounting time of each mounting head as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The shortest finish time P of a printed board is calculated from the total number of electronic components to be mounted on a printed board, and the number of electronic components to be mounted per unit time under the optimum conditions. Then, the shortest finish time Cs of a component is calculated for each type of component from how many of each component is to be mounted and the number of components to be mounted by one mounting head per unit time under the optimum conditions. It is displayed on a monitor that a component supply unit which supplies a component having the shortest finish time Cs of a component longer than the shortest finish time P of a printed board should be distributedly arranged in a plurality of component supply unit groups, in such a manner that the number of components to be mounted by each unit group may be reduced to half sequentially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
