<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identifiably recognize that data, described by a code system with an output prohibition setting, have been analyzed. <P>SOLUTION: A reading part analyzes the data described by a plurality of code systems and outputs the obtained data. An output-inhibited code system which does not permit outputting is set freely selectable. Then that the reading part has analyzed the data described by the output-inhibited code system is reported.
