<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a male contraceptive which is not removed during use by being fixed sufficiently. <P>SOLUTION: At the opening periphery part 2a of a bag-state main body 2 constituted so as to cover the glans part 1a of penis 1, a cord arranging part 4 for arranging a cord 3 for bind-fixing which is arranged in the state of surrounding a boundary stage part 1c of the glans part 1a and a base part 1b or its vicinity is provided. The cord 3 for bind-fixing is made of proper paper.
