ACTIVE ENERGY RAY CURING TYPE INK, METHOD FOR PRODUCING PRINTED MATTER AND PRINTED MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing type ink for processing the mat part that has design-rich fine and repeated patterns on the protruded and recessed part and the gloss part in one step and method for producing printed articles having the protruded and recessed parts and the printed articles.

SOLUTION: In the protrusion and recession processing method in which the protruded and recessed parts and/or gloss part can be simultaneously revealed on the same paper face through one step, an active energy ray curing type ink (for under-printing) including 0.1 to 10 % of a monohydric 8 to 20C alcohol is printed on the active energy ray-curing type ink including a liquid repellent agent so that it may be printed on the selected specific designed pattern. Further, an active energy ray curing type coating varnish (finishing coating) is coated and cured whereby the repellency phenomenon at the overlapped part between the ink layer and the coating layer forms uniform and very fine protrusion and recession part.
