<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a display sheet with light accumulating function which is employed for overprints with the light accumulating ink onto mainly the paper-made sheet and is effective in manufacturing efficiency since the process only requires the number of overprints according to the luminescence (afterglow) time necessary, and enables the manufacture of the display sheet with light accumulating function which can radiate light ranging from a short period to a long period by preparing the light accumulating agent and the paint medium at 1:1 ratio, the sheet displays, as compared with the conventional products, much higher number of afterglow time (mcd/m<SP>2</SP>), and furthermore by making the gauge at 70 mesh and by forming an approximately 200μm printing layer in one print. <P>SOLUTION: The process is characterized by forming the gauge frame by stretching the gauge onto the aluminum frame, rinsing the gauge, cleaning the gauge, applying emulsion to the gauge and then film manuscript is stuck on the gauge frame, applying the light accumulating ink to the developed gauge frame to carry out the printing on the sheet surface, and repeating the overprints after making it dry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
