<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pendulum gear mechanism capable of fixing a pendulum gear temporarily and facilitating assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The pendulum gear 105 moves between a meshing position where it is meshed with a second gear 106 and a cutting-off position where it is not meshed with the second gear 106 in accordance with the direction of rotation of a first gear 103.
