PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure and air conditioning stabilizing system in a room such as a kitchen capable of stabilizing indoor negative pressure state and air conditioning state even when the exhausting air volume by an exhaust system is changed, in a device applying a combination of the exhaust system of fan drive-type ventilation of variable exhaust air volume and a fan drive-type air conditioning air supply system. SOLUTION: This system comprises a sensor 14 for detecting the exhaust air volume by the exhaust system 7, an inverter 15 for adjusting the supply air volume by the air conditioning air supply system 9, and a control portion 16 mounted on the inverter 15 for adjusting the supply air volume by the air conditioning air supply system 9 to keep the kitchen 1 in a constant negative pressure state in response to the exhaust air volume by the exhaust system 7 on the basis of a signal from the sensor 14.
