PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic extruded sheet or a film stably exhibiting high antistatic performances. SOLUTION: The antistatic extruded sheet or film is composed of a resin composition containing 90-50 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin (a) and 10-50 wt.% of a polyamide elastomer (b).
