PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a channel to be used for frequency hopping. SOLUTION: A channel management means 16B of a radio communication apparatus 1 sets the prohibition of usage of the channel in accordance with an error generated during data communication at a channel table 13A, reconfirms the propriety of usage of the usage-prohibited channel during data communication, and sets the use permission of the channel in the channel table 13A in accordance with the confirmation of usage permission.
