PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor exhibiting a low impedance over a wide band while reducing the equivalent series inductance. SOLUTION: A lamination 1 has first and second capacitor portions 11 and 13. The first capacitor portion 11 includes first and second internal electrodes 21 and 23. The second capacitor portion 13 includes third and fourth internal electrodes 25 and 27. The first through fourth internal electrodes 21, 23, 25 and 27 are electrically connected with first through fourth terminal electrodes 3A-3D, 5A-5D, 7 and 9, respectively, through lead-out conductors 31A-31D, 33A-33D, 35 and 37.
