PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person annoyed by nuisance mail to prevent the nuisance mail even without taking measures. SOLUTION: When a certain user performs processing for transmitting electronic mail, that electronic mail is inputted from a transmission mail input section 11 to a transmission mail server device 12. A transmission mail accepting section 14 of the transmission mail server device 12 stores electronic mail transmitted within a fixed time. A determination section 15 of the transmission mail server device 12 determines whether or not electronic mail destined from the same user to a plurality of mail addresses having the same domain name exists within that time and whether or not the number of distribution destination mail addresses is equal to or more than a predetermined number. If there are mail addresses as many as or more than the predetermined number, the relevant mail is not distributed but deleted and if the mail addresses are less than the predetermined number, the relevant mail is distributed.
