PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress retransmission of correction content between a base station and a mobile station in a radio communication system and to efficiently transmit the correction content to the mobile station. SOLUTION: In the radio communication system consisting of a plurality of mobile stations having a storage part in which a program is stored, a control part which executes the program and a communication part having a communication function and a base station having a communication part having a communication function with the plurality of mobile stations and a storage part in which correction information for correcting the program is prestored, the communication part of the base station divides the correction information into a plurality of blocks, attaches pieces of identification information to each block, repeatedly transmits all the blocks to the plurality of mobile stations, the communication part of the mobile station informs the base station of completion of reception according to the completion of reception of all the blocks, the base station stops transmission of the correction information according to information of the completion of reception and the control part of the mobile station changes a program to be stored in the storage part of the mobile station based on the received correction information.
