PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of increasing conveying pump capacity since electric power for raising rainwater onto a rooftop increases when the rooftop becomes higher, due to requiring to newly secure a place, for arranging an aboveground or underground tank when arranging a rainwater tank for seeding and planting on the rooftop. SOLUTION: A rainwater intake joint is arranged in a down pipe just under a rooftop surface, and when the rainwater can be sent to a rooftop rainwater tank by a pump arranged on the rooftop from a vessel with a rainwater storage sensor on its side, a conveying pump can be miniaturized, and the rooftop surface can be used as a place for arranging the rainwater tank.
