PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aroma liquid composition that eliminates problems of clogging and inflammability of a porous container to be used, has excellent palatability and UV stability and exhibits a new color. SOLUTION: The aroma liquid composition is obtained by adding≥0.1 wt.% of water to a solution of a glycol ether and/or a glycol acetate having dissolved 25-50 wt.% of an oily perfume and making a homogeneous system. Preferably, the content of water is 1-25 wt.% so as to maintain a homogeneous system. The homogeneous system is made transparent as a whole. When the solution of the glycol ether and/or the glycol acetate is a colored solution, the color and/or the lightness and darkness of the solution is changed by water content and the composition is stable to an ultraviolet light.
