PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treating method of a film capable of enhancing a quality and a yield by preventing generation of a buckling wrinkle due to shrinkage in a heat treatment and transfer of unevenness of overlapping surfaces, and to provide a film. SOLUTION: In the heat-treating method of the film F of heat-treating the band-like flexible film F in the state that it is wound around a winding core, the winding core S is made of CFRP and has an outer diameter of not less than 400 mmϕto not more than 600 mmϕ.
