PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a liquid jetting head unit which improves a printing quality by increasing the positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: A nozzle plate 20 in which nozzle openings for jetting a liquid of this liquid jetting head 220 are provided in parallel is positioned and bonded to a fixing member 250. At this time, the fixing member 250 is bonded to one surface of a mask 400 having permeability through a wax 402, and then, the relative position of a reference mark 401 which is provided on the mask 400 and an alignment mark 22 which is provided on the nozzle plate 20 is checked from the other surface of the mask 400.
