PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure casting method for a high-melting point metal and a die casting apparatus by which a molten metal is injected and charged into a mold cavity in a short period of time by solving the problem caused by the formation of a solidified layer on the inner wall of an injection sleeve and the thermal deformation of the injection sleeve in the case of di-casting the high melting point metal. SOLUTION: An injection vessel is composed of the injection sleeve 1 and a plunger tip 2. The injection vessel is arranged within an induction-heating coil 15 in a state that a casting material is charged into the vessel and the vessel is separated from a casting port, and then the injection vessel is heated and the casting material is melted. Thereafter, the injection vessel is straightly moved to communicate with the casting port. and successively, a plunger rod 3 is allowed to abut on the plunger tip 2 to inject and charge the molten metal in the injection vessel into the mold cavity at once.
