A computer-readable recording medium storing a program for realizing a mobile loan contract relay function is provided to offer a deposit of a loaner client to a borrower client fit for loan condition information by referring to the loan condition information if a terminal or a program of the loaner client which deposits an amount of money to a bank transmits the loan condition information to a bank server. The program stores the loan condition information received from the first client to a storage medium by linking with the first client information and/or the first client account information. The program receives loan request information and the second client authentication information from the second client mobile terminal directly or through a relay server. The program checks whether the second client is fit for the loan condition information based on the loan request information and/or the second client authentication information. The program offers the deposit of the first client to the second client if the second client is fit for the loan condition information.
