An organic light emitting diode is provided to enhance a reliability of an organic light emitting element by minimizing an inspecting process during a manufacturing process. In an organic light emitting diode, a substrate(10) is defined as a display area and a non-display area(14) of an image. A plurality of anode layers(16) and cathode layers formed at the display area, crossing each other, define a pixel. An organic thin layer is formed between the plurality of anode layers(16) and cathode layers in the pixel. A pad unit(22) arranged on the non-display area(14) applies an electric signal to the anode layers(16) and the cathode layers. A first array key(24) is formed at both ends of the pad unit(22). And, a second array key(28) is formed at one side of the first array key(24) with a predetermined distant. |
