A windows and doors structure for an apartment house is provided to prevent a windows and doors frame from sagging and twisting by rotating rotary windows and doors at an angle of 180 degrees inside the windows and doors frame by a sliding support pipe, to secure safety by easily rotating the rotary windows and doors, and to easily execute window cleaning work in a room. A windows and doors structure for an apartment house comprises a windows and doors frame(30) fixed to a wall body; an operation case(20) wherein a pair of sliding support pipes(26) is horizontally situated to the front and rear sides inside the windows and doors frame through operation holes(31); and rotary windows and doors(10) situated to the inside of the windows and doors frame and slid right and left. In the windows and doors frame, a pair of guide parts(32) formed to the inside of the upper and lower parts and the operation holes are formed in each center of the right and left sides. The other end of the operation case is situated to the outside of the operation holes of the windows and doors frame and a rotating shaft is formed. Rotating saw teeth(28) are formed to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft. One side of a saw tooth belt(25) is combined with the rotating tooth and the other side of the saw tooth belt is combined with a driving shaft of a rotating motor rotating forward and reversely by a switch to axially rotate the sliding support pipes. A rotating shaft pipe(16) having a fastening elongated hole(17) in which the sliding support pipe is inserted is installed to the front or rear side in a state of selectively crossing the center to the center of a window frame(12) supporting a glass window(11). Upper and lower movable windows and doors(13,14) are formed to the upper and lower ends of the rotary windows and doors. The length of the upper and lower movable windows and doors is extended and shortened in the vertical direction while the upper and lower movable windows and doors slide to the inside and outside from the upper and lower ends by rotation of the height control bolts. |
